Mites Registration 2022-2023

This registration is for MITES ONLY. If you are a birth year 2013 and younger, this is the correct registration. If you are birth year 2013 and older, please go to: http://www.wellswarriorshockey.org/forms/24498-Registration-2022-2023

If you are a new or returning player please fill out the information below. All players that are being registered need to have this filled out. We will be able to accept your payment before the start of the season. This is for the WWYHA Club Fee ONLY. Registering with WWYHA will hold your spot on the team until registration opens in Smart Link for the teams.

This year the club fee will be $65 per Mite player.

Mites may register at any time with no late fees attached.

When registering more than one child, please click the child number. For instance first registration is the first child. Then second form is the second child, third form is the third child, and fourth form or greater is the fourth child.

If you do not have a current 2024-2025 USA Hockey confirmation number, you must first register for one at USAHockey.com: https://membership.usahockey.com

Photo Release

Members of the Wells Warriors Youth Hockey Association take photos of the players for their own personal viewing, or to share with the team. The WWYHA collects photos of the players for use in photo projects of the teams which are distributed to members throughout the year. The WWYHA also posts photos of the players and teams to its Website and Facebook pages. Any images displayed by WWYHA in its official channels, will not include any identifiable information about any parent or child.

Code of Conduct

The Wells Warriors Youth Hockey Association requires that each Member and Player shall comply with, and adhere to the Bylaws and Rules of the Wells Warriors Youth Hockey Association, as well as the Potomac Valley Amatuer Hockey Association, and USA Hockey Inc. Any player who is cited for fighting, game misconduct, game suspensions as defined per PVAHA’s Bylaw 9.0 will be referred to the WWYHA Disciplinary Committee for further evaluation. Any player whose behavior on- or off-ice reflects poorly upon the WWYHA may be in violation of the Code of Conduct. In addition, any Member whose behavior off ice reflects poorly upon the WWYHA may be in violation of the Code of Conduct.
